My goal with Bounce Back is to create the ultimate exercise resource for people who have been diagnosed with a long-term health condition.

I aim to give you the confidence that you are meeting the recommended exercise guidelines for your own condition and not just following along with generic keep fit classes.  


I do this through: 


💪 Creating consistency: It’s not about doing intense workouts sporadically but about making regular, tailored exercise a part of your lifestyle. Over time, small, steady progress adds up to significant improvements in strength, fitness, and overall well-being.

💪 Providing classes to help you address your symptoms: The Bounce Back programme can be tailored to address the unique symptoms that accompany conditions such as cancer, Parkinson’s and MS. We have a whole library of classes designed to address these specific disease symptoms and side effects making our website a tool to help you manage your symptoms, regain control of your body, and improve your long-term health.

💪 Offering shorter length alternatives: Our large library of shorter length classes ranging from 5-20 minutes long which are perfect for days that you are low on energy or just short on time. 

💪 Fostering a community: Everyone is working towards their own progress, but the shared experience creates a unique bond. The Bounce Back community offers a space where you can connect with others, ask questions, and exchange tips on managing symptoms or finding further support.
